The Beehive Industrial Project consists of two buildings close to St. George City dedicated to office warehouse facilities. Due to the uniqueness of the site, the design team laid each building out in an interesting fashion to maximize parking and occupiable square footage within the site. These buildings are each designed to accommodate up to 12 tenants.
