CRSA provided comprehensive programming and design services for the Davis County Health Department's new administrative office building, aligned with Clearfield City's civic development plan. The three-story structure prioritizes healthcare services, housing facilities such as the Vital Records Office, Case Manager Offices, Environmental Health Offices & Lab, CD/EPI facilities, and a range of clinical spaces including the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Clinic, Immunization Clinic, and a Fitness Center to cater to community wellness needs.
