A small retail and office development, the project consists of two buildings and is located adjacent to the Gresham Station shopping center. Built as speculative space, both buildings were quickly leased to capacity. In conformance with city development requirements the buildings front on the streets with minimum setbacks and offer direct access to pedestrians. A pleasant pedestrian experience is created by a sunken walkway and substantial landscaping. Parking is located on the interior of the site and is screened from view by the placement of the building. Architectural features such as pre-cast concrete pilaster caps and bases, a variety of brick patterns, arched canopies and bold cornices create a visually stimulating composition.
