CRSA spearheaded the programming, architectural design, and construction services for the 20,000 sq. ft. Magna Senior Center in Salt Lake County. Reflecting the community's mining heritage, the contemporary structure emulates Kennecott's presence and the city's mining architecture. The center, designed for LEED® Gold Certification, features an administrative suite, spacious lounge, versatile activity rooms, performance stage, dining hall with a kitchen, and numerous accessible outdoor areas for recreation and gardening, all meticulously planned to accommodate the senior community's diverse needs.
