This ground up two-story project is a full-service market with a rooftop exterior deck for eating and events, a subterranean parking garage, an Espresso Bar and, of course, a full line of grocery products. The design features large expanses of storefront that help activate the street pedestrian experience and bring natural light into the shopping spaces. A varied blend of materials brings both color and scale to the building’s exterior.
