CRSA modernized the historic auditorium and lobby through seismic upgrades, mechanical, electrical, theatrical, lighting, and acoustical systems upgrades, and a restoration of the highly ornate Art Deco theater. The old gymnasium was converted into specialized art and music spaces, and modern science laboratory and classroom spaces.
